Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or receive services from Locks Around The Clock. By booking, you agree to them.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change if the work differs from what was described — we will tell you before proceeding.

Access and site conditions

Please ensure we can safely access the work area at the scheduled time. Additional visits caused by no access may be billed.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, except where the law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always applies to new bookings.
